Policy of refund,repairment and replacement

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.

1. Return and full refund ((if the items is borken or other problem during shipping time)

--Products with quality problems, if notified in 45 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
--We have 45 days return Policy, Customer will need to send the products back to us in 45 days, when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.

2. Replacement (if the items is borken during shipping time)
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 45 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
--We will all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

3. Repair
--all products have more 1 - 2 years international warranty, Products with quality problems, if notified within 1-2 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired in local agency for all Brand products.
--Customer will need to send the products to local agency, when they receive the products, we will repair it for free.
--We will all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

4. Return full refund.
--saleholy.com can give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.

--We will give you a full refund in 7 days after you get your package.
